Secure access allows affiliated stores to access all communication tools made available by the brand (communication campaign visuals, promo ad templates, radio spots and musical beds, logos and icons, email signatures, wallpapers, etc.). 11.1. Belgian law is exclusively applicable.

11.2. All disputes arising from or in connection with the contract will be definitively and exclusively settled by the Commercial Court of Liège – Namur division.
